Heal from the inside,

Heal from the inside,

Hi! I’m Nicole. I was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. After a toxic 16-year marriage, I swore I’d never marry again but by the grace of God, I found the person I was truly meant to be with. We’ve been together for 10½ years and married for almost 7. We have the most beautiful blended family.

When I was 29, I had a full hysterectomy, and that’s when the real hormone struggles began. I dealt with relentless hot flashes, mood swings, stubborn weight that wouldn’t budge, and intense sugar cravings on top of years of digestive issues, anxiety, and yo-yo dieting. I also have a gluten allergy, and the bloating I used to experience especially when I accidentally got “glutened” was just awful.

My husband was diagnosed with colitis in 2015 and we were in and out of the hospital constantly with his flare-ups. It felt like we were always bracing for the next one.

In December 2015, I was introduced to Plexus. Honestly, I knew nothing about gut health at the time. I just saw that my friend and her husband had lost a bunch of weight, and I thought…if I could just take the weight off, I’d feel so much better. I was desperate for something to work.

What I didn’t realize was that the weight was just the surface issue. What I really needed was healing—from the inside out. I had no idea how much gut health was connected to my hormones, sleep, mood, cravings, inflammation, and even my immune system. Looking back now, it all makes so much sense.

When my husband saw how much my health was improving, he decided to give the products a try too—and I’m beyond grateful to say he hasn’t had a single colitis flare-up in 9½ years. I’m a total introvert so I never thought I’d be someone to put myself out there and do something like this but when you find something that actually works, it’s hard not to share. Gut health and helping people realize their potential has become my passion. I now get to help mamas (and dads too) build their own businesses, regain their confidence and heal their bodies from the inside out.

My mission is to help as many people as possible realize they’re not stuck in life and that it’s not normal to feel run down, bloated, anxious, sad, sick or miserable. Our bodies are designed to feel amazing. I’m so grateful I know that now and I’d be even happier if the whole world knew it too.

First things first, you should know I’m a total introvert. I didn’t go to college, I had zero sales experience and I was definitely not looking for a business. I tried the products out of pure desperation. After my divorce, I hit one of the lowest points of my life. I was mentally exhausted, physically drained and honestly just surviving.

I had tried everything to lose weight but nothing worked. No matter what I did, the scale wouldn’t budge. I was bloated, exhausted, anxious, not sleeping and the hot flashes? Constant and miserable. I felt stuck in a body that was working against me.

Then I noticed my friend Stacy. She looked incredible, had amazing energy, and was always sipping on this pink drink. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, and even though I was a broke single mom, I put the products on a credit card and prayed they would help. I remember feeling so guilty.

But within just a couple of weeks, everything started changing. I didn’t crave Diet Dr. Pepper anymore. I wasn’t constipated. I was sleeping better. My anxiety eased up. I stopped binge eating. The hot flashes? Gone. And for the first time in a long time the scale actually started to move. My body felt like it was finally working with me instead of against me.

The only problem? I had no idea how I’d afford to keep going. That’s when I learned I could refer a few friends and get my products paid for. So I did. Then I looked into the comp plan and realized—this business? It’s for anyone. You don’t need experience or a big following. You just need a desire for more, a willingness to show up and share with others.

I was done working three jobs and donating plasma just to survive. So I made a decision to go all in. A couple years later, I hit the top of my company and get this, you can build under your spouse too. No glass ceiling. At Plexus, you can go as far as you're willing to grow.

I never thought I was capable of something like this. But I discovered a passion for helping people take back their health and their hope. There are other options. And nothing brings me more joy than helping other moms feel like themselves again and create income...right from their phones.
